What happens if the weather is not good for the photoshoot?
Weather in Dubai is usually very predictable, but occasionally strong wind, rain, or extreme heat can affect an outdoor photoshoot. If the weather conditions are not suitable for a comfortable session, we can easily reschedule the shoot to another day that works for your family. My goal is always to ensure you have the best experience and the most beautiful light for your photographs. In some situations, we can also adjust the location or timing, such as moving to a sheltered area or scheduling the session earlier or later in the day. Flexibility is always part of the planning process so your family photoshoot remains relaxed and enjoyable.
What happens if the client cancels the photoshoot at the last minute?
If you need to cancel your photoshoot, I completely understand that unexpected situations can arise. If possible, I kindly ask clients to provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can reschedule the session to another suitable date. For last-minute cancellations, the session retainer is usually non-refundable, as the time has been reserved exclusively for your shoot and other bookings may have been declined. However, whenever possible, I am happy to offer one opportunity to reschedule the session to a new date, depending on availability. My goal is always to remain flexible and understanding while ensuring that each client receives dedicated time and attention for their photoshoot.
