If you need to cancel your photoshoot, I completely understand that unexpected situations can arise. If possible, I kindly ask clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can reschedule the session to another suitable date. For last-minute cancellations, the session retainer is usually non-refundable, as the time has been reserved exclusively for your shoot and other bookings may have been declined. However, whenever possible, I am happy to offer one opportunity to reschedule the session to a new date, depending on availability. My goal is always to remain flexible and understanding while ensuring that each client receives dedicated time and attention for their photoshoot.
